·         BUSYNEST requires a signed contract or work agreement outlining the details of the work requested - download an agreement form here.
 

·         There is a minimum charge of 1.5 hours on all orders. Subsequent hours worked will be billed in 30 minute increments.

·         Public holidays and Sundays have a 20% surcharge attached.

·         Changes requested after final proofing (3rd time) will incur 20% surcharge.

·         Payment is due in full upon completion.

·         Any legal, courier or postal costs are the responsibility of the client.

·         Printing expenses will be charged to the client at cost.

·         Prices are subject to change without notice except those agreed to at the beginning of a contract.

·         BUSYNEST accepts payment in the form of cash, cheques (personal or business), money orders, bank cheques or direct deposit.
